Ingredients
2 avocados, seeded, peeled, halved
1/2 cucumber, ribboned
1/2 cup mixed greens
8 oz. smoked or salted salmon, thinly sliced
Sesame seeds, optional
Instructions
Place avocado half on plate or cutting board, open side up.
Add a layer of mixed greens.
Add salmon, cucumber ribbons, and more greens.
Top with the other half of the avocado.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.
