What to do when you buy too many or see a great deal but know you will only use two avocados before they are overripe? As it turns out, freezing avocados is easy, and possibly the solution to all of your avo worries. While we would say that avocados are still best when fresh and perfectly ripe from your local store, farmers market, or own garden, this option when there are too many avocados in your kitchen at one time.
