Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 3-4 Tbsp. water (as needed for consistency)
Directions
Add ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add water as needed to adjust the consistency. Serve over eggs, vegetables, potatoes, salad, or burgers as desired. Store up to two weeks in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
