Paleo – Low Carb
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup steak sauce
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/2 tomato, sliced
1/4 head of iceberg lettuce
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine ground beef, steak sauce, salt, and pepper into a medium bowl. Mix well.
Form into two patties.
Place on a wire rack inside of a foil-lined baking sheet.
Broil at 450 degrees for 3-4 minutes per side.
Using part of the lettuce as the lower bun, stack the onion, broiled beef patty, avocado slices, and tomatoes, and then top with more lettuce.
Devour immediately.
