Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
1 avocado, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 cup leafy greens
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 large seeded buns
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine ground beef, salt and pepper, and half of the barbeque sauce into a medium bowl and mix well.
Form into two patties.
Grill on a barbeque over hot coals or broil at 450 degrees for 3-4 minutes per side. Check the internal temperature for the desired doneness.
On the bottom bun, layer on avocado slices, beef patty, mayonnaise, barbeque sauce, greens, and tomatoes, then add the top bun.
Serve immediately. Note: because of the thickness of this burger, it may be best to cut in half before attempting to eat.
