Ingredients
- 1 (6-ounce) bag baby spinach (about 6 cups), washed, dried and stems removed
- 2 tangerines, peeled and sectioned
- 1 large avocado, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
Dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients for the dressing and set aside. Add all other ingredients in a large bowl, drizzle with dressing and toss along to coat evenly. Serve chilled.
