Avocado Hummus

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned chickpeas

  • 1 ripe avocado, seeded and peeled

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves

  • 3 Tbsp. tahini

  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1.5 Tbsp. olive oil

  • 1/8 tsp. cumin

  • Salt to taste 

Directions

  • Drain chickpeas and add to a food processor along with other ingredients. 

  • Puree until very smooth. 

  • Serve with pita or other chips.
