Serves 4
Ingredients
1 cup canned chickpeas
1 ripe avocado, seeded and peeled
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
3 Tbsp. tahini
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 clove garlic
1.5 Tbsp. olive oil
1/8 tsp. cumin
Salt to taste
Directions
Drain chickpeas and add to a food processor along with other ingredients.
Puree until very smooth.
Serve with pita or other chips.
