Besos Alina's Healthy Shrimp & Avocado Bowl
Ingredients
- 1lb cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 jalapeño chopped
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 3 avocados, diced
- juice of 3 limes
- lots of cilantro, chopped, salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Chop, dice & combine for snack your guests won't be able to put down!

Ingredients*
coconut dusted cauliflower
sautéed mushrooms
paprika roasted chickpeas
pan roasted brussels sprouts
baked parsnip
fresh I LOVE AVOS avocado
Directions: Cook all ingredients and layer on a bed of tahini curry massaged kale.

Little Bits Of Fajita Nachos by Kelsey Preciado*
Ingredients:
3 avocados
1/2 cup frozen fajita veggies, thawed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Directions:
Mash all ingredients together in a bowl and salt to taste. Enjoy with some chips!

What Robin Eats Avocado Chicken and “Cream Cheese” Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1/4 cup Kite Hill Almond Cream Cheese Spread (or light cream cheese)
- 6 ounces cooked and diced chicken breast
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
- 3 medium avocados
- 1/4 cup green onion
- Pepper and Salt
- 2 Limes, Juiced
